We are looking for students with a passion to win, the eagerness to learn, and who are committed to spend their time in this exciting team. Team 1241 had been established for many years. Students come and go; however, many robotics students come back to lend a helping hand. These mentors are vital to any FIRST team, team 1241 couldn't agree more. They share their experiences from their time on the team and help us grow bigger and better each year.

Theory 6 is looking for these individuals that are in the industry, who have gone through the same problems and ordeals as the students currently on the team. We need mentors who have the experience and the knowledge that could possible be vital to a successful team. Not only will they be teaching the youth, but they also might find that they are learning as well. They will move one step further to their goals in their life as well.

Mentors that help the youth build self confidence, build character, knowledge and are role models to look up to.
